This is the mince that I cook a couple of times every month. I think this recipe is my own creation based.
Ingredients
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs Worcester sauce
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 0.5 can tomatoes
- pork or beef mince 200-400 g
- 0.5 capsicum
Method
- Cook onion on medium heat until brown
- put onion aside
- add mince to frying pan
- Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes
- Add capsicum
- add spices
- mix well
- add onion back in
- mix well
- add crushed garlic
- add soy sauce
- add Worcester sauce
- mix well
- add tomatoes
- add 1/4 cup water
- simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat until reduced
Serve with pasta, sprinkle with pinenuts
